My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle I'm sure, is not very different from many of yours. Years after having my second son, I found myself still gaining and losing the same weight. I was at a loss and I didn't know what to do. Learning to count, track and eat the Macro Nutrients that MY body needs has changed my life. I know it will do the same for you. This is the last "Diet" you will ever need. If you are tired and READY to stop losing and gaining back the same weight, if you are ready to have the body you deserve, I'm ready to help!
